The SCIHL was the first-ever Ice Hockey league organized in Hong Kong during the 1995-1996 season by a company called Asiasports Ltd. The company was founded by a group of Ice Hockey enthusiasts, Today, the league is organized by a committee and is supported by the China Hockey Group. The league is competitive, fun and provides more people the opportunity to play the coolest game in Asia.
